There are 1.3 million registered UK businesses that employ staff and already offer or plan to offer staff incentives

Example: Some IT software companies can offer in excess of  £1000 a quarter split across a team as small as  8, in 'mini'  incentives.   It can go to buy wine, raffle prizes like mugs, beer, sweets, bath bombs   The value of some of these gifts, if it could be  given to the recipient's chosen charity could do so much.

We also understand that not all corporate incentives can be transformed to improve social impact.  Teams need  rewards - but how much, in what way -  and what if there was more of a choice to keep the prize or the money or to donate it?  Or to use some of the team time won for a 'jolly'  as time volunteering. Even if 25% of incentives went to Good Incentive options for charity - think of the difference that would make to the world.  Just by taking the time to think about how much you really need the prize or how much someone else might benefit.   No more 'I've already got one of these'  or ' I've done that / been there before'
